With fresh flavours, vibrant ingredients, and crave-worthy combinations, this lineup is designed to savour the season — one bite (or sip) at a time.

Feature Menu Highlights:

1. Panzanella Salad
A fresh, flavour-packed salad with crunch from cherry tomatoes and croutons. This one’s bright, herby, and totally craveable.

2. Steak Salad:
Our first-ever steak salad — and it delivers. Grilled steak is layered over a mix of spinach and romaine, with roasted corn, sweet potato, avocado, crumbled goat cheese, and chimichurri.

3. Chicken Shawarma Bowl:
A simple bowl packed with bold, unique flavour. Featuring locally made Beytoot Tour garlic sauce, this one's easy to love.

4. Iced Banana Bread Matcha:
Cozy meets clean. This creamy, comforting matcha latte tastes just like a slice of banana bread — crafted with housemade banana bread syrup, premium matcha, milk of choice, and topped with cold foam. A fun twist for matcha lovers looking for something new.
