The HARVEST Kids Menu features a variety of options, all prepared with the same fresh, high-quality ingredients found in the main menu:

Kids Chicken Quesadilla – tender chicken and melted cheese in a soft tortilla.
Kids Veggie Quesadilla – a colourful mix of veggies and cheese.
Kids Mini Bowl – a small, balanced power bowl perfect for little hands.
Kids Mini Salad – fresh greens, toppings, and a kid-friendly dressing.
Veggies & Hummus – crisp veggies paired with creamy hummus.

Farm Girl Cereal – HARVEST is excited to partner with **Farm Girl**, a brand dedicated to creating better-for-you cereals for kids. Offerings include:
Chocolate Puffs – chocolatey, protein-packed, and sugar-free.
Rainbow Hoops – colourful, crunchy bites with fibre and protein for a fun, nutritious start to the day.
Cinnamon Crisps – lightly sweet, cinnamon-flavoured crisps made with wholesome ingredients.

The Kids Menu is available at all HARVEST locations, for dine-in, takeout, and delivery, and can also be ordered through the HARVEST app to collect points and redeem rewards.
