HARVEST Clean Eats Welcomes Andy Hay as Head of Culinary

Halifax, NS. July 14th, 2026 - HARVEST Clean Eats is proud to announce that Andy Hay, founder of Andy’s East Coast Kitchen and one of Canada’s most recognized culinary personalities, has joined the company as Partner and Head of Culinary.

A proud Nova Scotian, Hay first gained national recognition as the runner-up on Season 5 of MasterChef Canada before returning to compete in Season 7 of MasterChef Canada: Back to Win. Since then, he has built a community of more than two million followers through his recipes, digital content, television appearances, and most recently as the host of Food Network’s Andy’s East Coast Kitchen Crawl.

Known for championing local ingredients, supporting Canadian producers, and creating approachable recipes that bring people together, Hay’s passion for food and hospitality closely aligns with the values that have guided HARVEST since its founding.

In his new role, Hay will lead HARVEST’s culinary strategy, menu innovation, product development, supplier partnerships, recipe refinement, and food quality standards across the growing brand. He will work closely with the company’s operations, training, and marketing teams as HARVEST continues its expansion throughout Canada.

“Andy represents everything we believe food should be — approachable, thoughtful, community-driven, and rooted in quality ingredients,” said Connor Stoilov, Founder and CEO of HARVEST Clean Eats. “From our very first conversations, it was clear that we shared a vision for how food can bring people together. We’re incredibly excited to welcome Andy as both a partner and leader within our organization as we continue building the future of HARVEST.”

“I’m thrilled to be joining HARVEST at such an exciting stage of its growth,” said Hay. “The team has built an incredible brand centred around fresh ingredients, genuine hospitality, and food that makes people feel good. I’m looking forward to helping shape the next chapter of HARVEST’s culinary journey and creating memorable dining experiences for guests across the country.”

The partnership marks an exciting new chapter for HARVEST as the company continues to invest in culinary innovation, elevate the guest experience, and expand its footprint nationwide. Hay’s creativity, culinary expertise, and deep connection to Atlantic Canada will help shape the future of the brand’s menu and dining experience for years to come.
