Catering FAQs

  • Most HARVEST locations provide delivery depending on the location. To see if we deliver to your location, begin your order online or on our app and enter your delivery address information.

  • Depending on the distance, our delivery fees range from $2-$10. Please fill out our catering form for more details.

  • All HARVEST locations can fulfill orders daily between 7am-10pm. However, operating hours may differ between locations.

  • We appreciate as much notice as possible and for orders over $500, we require 24 hours notice. We accept online orders up to one week in advance! Reach out to catering@orderharvest.ca for more details!

  • Most of our menu items can be modified to be vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free. Our menu is also labeled V, VEG, GF or DF. You can view our dietary modification guide here.

  • We are currently working on providing this resource to our guests and plan to have it available soon!

  • We have no minimum order and can accept online orders up to $2000. If your order is over our limit, please reach out to catering@orderharvest.ca

  • Once your order is placed, we cannot modify an order. We can refund entirely and re-place your order if needed. Reach out directly to our team for more help!

  • You can cancel your order up to 24 hours in advance. Orders canceled within 24 hours will not be refunded.
